Description
Dustcom Limited was contracted to build the site for a 21 building apartment complex called Capital Crest. Due to the accelerated schedule that we were able to meet, Dustcom was awarded the extension of the arterial road of the City of Savannah, Mulberry Blvd.
During the construction of all this, the land owner of the remaining 40 acres contracted Dustcom to clear and prep this land to make more attractive for sale, and conform to wetlands permits that were set to expire. The result is yet another contemporary, luxury-appointed apartment option for those looking to live just minutes from work, play and all that downtown Savannah has to offer.
