History
Dustcom Limited started small, primarily performing water main wet taps in the 1990’s. Since then, the company has steadily added capabilities like Land Clearing, Mass Earth Moving, Material Hauling, Erosion Control, Utility Installation, Grading, Curb and Gutter Installation, Paving and Street Sweeping.
Today, Dustcom serves as an all-in-one solution for excavation, utility installation and site preparation – based on a solid foundation and building a brighter future, together.
Leadership
The Williams family has been in the site construction industry for over 35 years. Dusty Williams, co-owner of Dustcom Limited, Inc., immersed himself in the construction industry by watching his parents become well-respected business owners and contractors in the Savannah, Georgia, area. Carrying on the family tradition of leading a quality, sought-after construction company was the only natural course.
The Williams family is integrally involved in the day-to-day operation of the business, and continues to lead the Dustcom team to supply a high level of service and satisfaction to all of their customers.

Dustcom proudly supports the Competitive Cheerleading and Football teams for South Effingham High School. - Construction Angels
Dustcom supports the non-profit Construction Angels in their efforts to respond to construction families in need of assistance when an unthinkable accident occurs. - Jen’s Friends
Dustcom supports Jen’s Friends, a non-profit cancer foundation that provides supplemental financial assistance and other resources to cancer patients and their families who are uninsured, under-insured or financially challenged. This allows families to focus on battling cancer without worrying about the indirect financial burdens. - Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless
Dustcom supports Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless (CSAH) in their efforts to build and sustain community practices to eliminate homelessness. By partnering on The Cove at Dundee, a tiny house project for homeless veterans, Dustcom and CSAH are working together toward the goal of providing housing, support and a new sense of community for dozens of homeless veterans in our area.
